BLUEBERRY CHEESE TART

The recipe I used to make this tasty cheese tart.


Tart Shell
125 gm margarine +shortening
60gm icing sugar
1 egg (medium size)
1 tsp vanilla essence
240gm plain flour

Method
Beat margarine, shortening with icing sugar until light & fluffy.
Add in egg and vanilla.            * I remove half of white egg.
Add in shifted plain flour
Knead until it formed soft dough
Press into the tart mould.
Bake into pre-heated oven

Cheese Filling
250gm Cream Cheese
150gm plain low fat yogurt
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (susu pekat manis)
½ cup corn flour (can be added more)

Method

Beat Cream Cheese, yogurt and condensed milk until well mixed.
Add in corn flour little by little.
Leave in the fridge for ½ hour before piping into tart shell.
